Description
The Q-HDTV was designed to overcome the limitations of the Qs detail enhancement oddering now bandwith expansion for all sources including SDI. The detail enhancement can drastically increase the perceived image depth and natural resolution of the high definition video signal.
The pure analog design of the Q-HDTV when used after the output stage of the Q scaler has major advantages over the usual interlaced enhancement that introduces noise and ringing.
So far only very expensive scaler have detail enhancement for HDTV sources. With the Q-HDTV you can enjoy the D-Theater Tapes in unknown threedimensionality simply using the second in put of the Q-HDTV.

The Q-HDTV is available as a PCI slot card for direct usage in the Q and ships with a dual VGA output and a single RGBHV % BNC socket output configuration.
The Q-HDTV has 2 switchable inputs. The standard configuration is that the standard output of the Q is looped back in one of the 2 inputs.

OPERATION

Q-HDTV has a 15 step detail setting and 2 switchable inputs. The level of enhancement is stored independentely and is stored in a non-volatile memory.
